Door Openers is a toolkit of branded HR diagnostics for independent HR consultants. Each tool - a People Health Check, a Staff Turnover Calculator, three anonymous Pulse Surveys, a People Plan Canvas and a Master Report that reads them all together - is sent to a prospect or client through a single link that carries the consultant's own name, consultancy and logo. The prospect completes a short diagnostic in minutes and receives a clear, jargon-free report under the consultant's brand. The consultant receives a second edition with the full findings, the priorities and a debrief guide for the follow-up conversation. Around the diagnostics sit a sales pipeline, a calendar with Google Calendar sync, and follow-up reminders, so the whole practice - from first contact to board-level report - lives in one place.
Who it is for
Door Openers is built for independent and fractional HR consultants running their own practice in the UK. It is for the consultant who left corporate HR to work for themselves, whose best work arrives through referral, and who needs something that starts new conversations on its own when word of mouth goes quiet. The diagnostics are worded for business owners, not for HR people, which is why prospects actually finish them. The platform stays entirely out of sight of the consultant's clients - there is no platform branding, watermark or "powered by" line on anything a client sees.
Who builds and runs it
Door Openers is operated by PeoplePipeline Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17188424), whose registered office is at 4 Castle Mount, St. Valerie Road, Bournemouth, England, BH2 6PQ. The company also runs PeoplePipeline, a done-for-you lead generation service for independent consultants and fractional executives. Door Openers is the productised version of the same idea: give consultants something valuable to put in front of a prospect, so the work comes to them rather than the other way round. Payments on the platform are handled by Stripe, and the application and its database run on Base44.
