Three surveys, one link each

Pulse Surveys

How the team feels, how they are coping, and how their managers are really doing.

Three anonymous surveys, each its own link. Team Pulse asks the whole team 20 questions on the four things that drive engagement - direction, managers, having a say, and whether the business does what it says - plus an eNPS question. Wellbeing Pulse (18 questions) goes to everyone. Manager Pulse (18 questions) goes to line managers only. Each closes when you close it and comes back as two reports.

Sample Team Pulse client report: the four enablers scored with a plain-English line each

Who answers

The whole team, or line managers only, depending on the survey. Sent by the client, answered anonymously.

What it asks

Team Pulse: 20 questions + eNPS. Wellbeing: 18 questions. Manager: 18 questions.

How long

A few minutes each

What it covers

What your prospect works through.

Anonymous by design. The client sees the aggregate, never who said what.

  • Team Pulse - engagement and the enablers behind it
  • Wellbeing Pulse - workload, support and resilience
  • Manager Pulse - how supported and equipped line managers are

Two reports come back

One for your client. One for you.

These are pages from the actual reports, generated for a fictional company called Westbrook Manufacturing Ltd by a fictional consultant, Sarah Mitchell. Nothing is mocked up.

Client report
  • A headline index with a plain-English band, and eNPS where it applies
  • Each area scored with one line saying what that score means
  • The two or three things to focus on, in order
  • Your branding throughout; the survey and the report both carry your name

  • Pointers, a running order and a debrief guide for the conversation with the owner

The conversation it opens

A pulse survey is the tool for the client you already have. It turns "how are things" into a number the leadership team can watch move, and it makes the second engagement the natural next step rather than a new sale.

Questions

Can the survey carry my client's logo?
Yes. Add the client's logo and the survey their team sees carries it, so it reads as a survey from their own employer. The reports come to you under your name.
How much does it cost?
All three surveys are part of the Growth plan, £49 a month or £490 a year, with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start, nothing is charged for 14 days, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Are the surveys really anonymous?
Yes. Responses are stored without any identifier and only the aggregate is reported. The client never sees who said what, and neither do you.
Who sends the survey out?
You give the client one link per survey and they share it with their team. Nobody needs an account.
Can I run the same survey again later?
Yes. A second run against the same client is where a diagnostic becomes a retention tool.
